Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after to support detoxification. If it's your first time, consider starting with shorter sessions and gradually increase session length and temperature as your body adapts to infrared sauna sessions.
Less is More: Wear minimal clothing to maximize infrared absorption. Your core should be uncovered to raise the body’s temperature. A bikini or sports bra and shorts work perfectly fine! Dress down to your comfort level.
Open The Door: If you feel too warm, you can open the door without losing the benefits of infrared therapy.
Relax: Meditate, practice deep breathing, listen to music or simply enjoy the calming environment.
Cool Down: Let your body cool down naturally after your sauna session, or prepare for your cold plunge if you're participating in contrast therapy.
